I feel like everyone has the ability to change for the better or for the worst. We make choices also some good some bad! As the time goes by we grow some just through the physical others within! Oh lord here I go!!!! I have been MIA with my Weightloss because in the last month and a half to be honest I have felt so much discouragement and I have felt like I have failed and my weight has been up and down I went under 200 lbs...... but didn’t really announced it because of the yo-yo numbers like my whole life had been yo-yo so felt really down and I know how to smile even in my toughest moments and that is exactly what I did. There was days I would be fine and others I won’t. I guess this is the process as I have seen others go through the same thing. Until it hits you, you really don’t know how it feels and that is me right now. I use to tell myself is ok you’re going to stall and it will be just fine and yes it will but honestly there are times you will feel like it won’t. I just pray and hope that I will push through this weight lingering around like hello I’m trying to see my 180ssss 😂 Anyways so I decided to put together pictures of my before and after of myself to see if I pick myself up and I did and it did so whatever scale!
