⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ Here this is said by Sage of truth, yes? So I have a small theory. If Sage was given the souljam of truth all along at first, it means that pure vanilla was never there to take the souljam first, meaning in this timeline, the fount of knowledge awakened into the Sage of truth.

this also means pure vanilla never got the souljam.

what’s more is that the other ancients probably never got the souljam either in this timeline, as here, we are assuming that the other ‘beasts’ awakened like Sage as well.⋆✴︎˚｡⋆

The most interesting thing, however, is that he isn’t the second to take the souljam, but, according to timekeeper cookie going through all the timelines, the only one to not corrupt even if only being the first to take it every time.

I had a feeling wlc would die. I mean, either her or pvc. But even if I did expect it, I was still so heartbroken. Her death was already devastating, but the after thought of the fact she never made amends or talked to her friends ever again after the first war—the one they all survived— has to be the saddest part of all.

moreover, (my opinion), Smc feels like a forced villan in the finale. If all the other beasts are dead, then why isn’t he? I get that he wants to make the greatest universe of them all (a him universe), but even then.

but what I’m most excited about is the story moving forward, all the ancients and their regrets, what they’re doing now, and how they (may) help time keeper. Looking forward, amazing update
