This grilled cheese sandwich with rich and nutty Comt cheese is great for a comforting meal.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 8 oz 225g Comt cheese, grated. 2 tbsp butter, softened. 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
Instructions: Each piece of bread should have butter on one side. Lay the bread slices out on a clean surface with the butter side down. On the side of two slices of bread that isn't buttered, spread Dijon mustard. Grate some Comte cheese and put it on each of the two slices of bread with mustard. Put the rest of the bread slices on top, butter side up. Place the pan on medium heat. Put the sandwiches in the pan and use a spatula to gently press down on each side for about 34 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the pan when both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Let it cool a bit before cutting it up and serving it.
