Instructions: Beat cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk slowly while beating the mixture well. Before adding the lime zest and key lime juice, make sure they are fully mixed in. For a brighter color, you can add green food coloring if you want to. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on before serving. Serve with a variety of fruits to dip them in.
