Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced. 2 tomatoes, diced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 lime, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the mashed avocados, chopped onion, minced garlic, and minced jalapeno pepper. Add the diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed. Ingredients: 1 package 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, and black pepper in a large bowl. Combine well. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. After the oven is hot, bake the dip for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly. Warm it up and serve it with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.
