This Gluten-Free Green Goddess Hummus is a colorful and tasty take on regular hummus. This gluten-free and dairy-free dip is great for any event because it's full of fresh herbs and a burst of lemon.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons tahini. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup water adjust as needed.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, basil, parsley, and minced garlic. Pulse until the ingredients are roughly chopped. Add tahini, fresh lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed. If the hummus is too thick, add water gradually until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Transfer the green goddess hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve with gluten-free crackers, vegetable sticks, or as a dip for your favorite snacks.

This warm spinach and feta cheese dip is a tasty and creamy appetizer that is great for parties or get-togethers. When you mix spinach, three kinds of cheese, and fragrant herbs, you get a tasty dip that goes great with crunchy snacks.
Ingredients: 1 package 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, and black pepper in a large bowl. Combine well. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. After the oven is hot, bake the dip for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly. Warm it up and serve it with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.

Ingredients: 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. Graham crackers, apple slices, or cookies for dipping.
Instructions: Put Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree from a can, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth and all well mixed. Put the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors can mix. Feel free to dip graham crackers, apple slices, or your favorite cookies in the Pumpkin Pie Yogurt Dip. Have fun!
