This roasted red pepper spread is bursting with flavor and perfect for spreading on crackers or dipping vegetables. The combination of roasted red peppers, pine nuts, and garlic creates a deliciously creamy dip that's sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
Ingredients: 2 large red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, and seeded. 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Put red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast them in a hot oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, turning them over every now and then, until the skin is charred. Take the peppers out of the oven and put them in a bowl. Put some plastic wrap over it and let it steam for 10 minutes. After the peppers have cooled, take off the skin and seeds. Put toasted pine nuts, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor and blend them together. Mix until smooth. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the spread in a bowl, top it with chopped fresh parsley, and serve it with bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Instructions: Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth. After you add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, keep beating until everything is well mixed. Add mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies. Add the whipped cream slowly and evenly until it's all mixed in. Move the dip to a bowl for serving. If you want, you can decorate it with more crushed Oreo cookies. Give extra Oreo cookies to dip them in.

You can serve it right away or put it in the fridge until you're ready to serve.

Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup key lime juice. 1 tsp lime zest. Green food coloring optional. Assorted fruits for dipping such as strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi.
Instructions: Beat cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk slowly while beating the mixture well. Before adding the lime zest and key lime juice, make sure they are fully mixed in. For a brighter color, you can add green food coloring if you want to. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on before serving. Serve with a variety of fruits to dip them in.
