please help my disabled mom & me with food & meds
hi friends i hate to say it but we do still kinda need some help with stuff like food, other bills, and meds
my mom and i are both disabled with autoimmune diseases & other problems and we survive almost entirely off of her disability check, which barely covers rent
our fridge has been really on the fritz so we've been having to buy ice to keep stuff cold as much as we can - which is very hard to do in the florida summer. we've been spending about $5/day on ice, which is $150/month, so any help with that would help immensely. i don't know when we'll be able to get that fixed
we could also use any help to tide us over until we get our snap benefits on the 7th. we got fucked over yesterday with our order not having the main ingredients so now we don't have enough to make a new order
my mom's meds are around $45 so that would be a huge help as well
we're both incredibly grateful for all the help we've received in general but especially the past two months.
