You scroll past these comics to escape stress, but on the other side, creators are drowning in it. Platforms profit from our work, but we see none of it.
Patreon is the difference between creating out of love and creating out of desperation.
If you've ever laughed, smiled, or felt less alone because of our comics, know this: Your support means the world to us.
Thank you for being part of the story and helping us keep creating what we love.

No nuance poll:
Can you sew?
Yes
No
Any kind of sewing counts - mending, dressmaking, hand sewing, machine sewing, embroidery, replacing buttons. Any amount of sewing, any kind of sewing, the question is not if you're good at sewing, it is "are you able to use a needle to pass thread through fabric to join things together/have you done so at least once in your life?"
Second no-nuance question:
Do you currently own the supplies to do any amount of sewing?
Yes
No
A hotel sewing kit counts. Yarn needles and yarn count. The question is just "if you needed to sew a single stitch of any variety, do you own the materials to do so or would you need to get them from someone else (a store, a friend, a parent, etc)?" The materials don't even have to be in your possession, the question is just if you personally own some sewing supplies.
A few years ago I made a super basic tutorial for how to thread a needle, knot the thread, make a straight stitch, and tie off the thread so if you don't know how to do literally any sewing and want a basic how-to with photos and instructions, that exists here.

"the three dots on the side" call her by her REAL NAME.. Meatballs Menu
im gonna say it now so everyone in my notes stops arguing over this. meatballs menu is three dots side-by-side. kebab menu is three dots up and down. bento menu is an array of 9 dots in a square shape. hamburger menu is three lines horizontally. Yes there are others but none of them are nearly as prevalent so i dont care enough to list them. goot bye
Literally what they're called btw this post isn't a bit
the inevitable conclusion
So 2016 is SO bad that it made the creator of this meme give us an alternative version of âThis is Fineâ.Â
oh. twenty sixteen you say.

Today's Doonesbury cartoon.
Yup.
Keith Haring (May 4, 1958 - February 16, 1990) âI donât think art is propaganda; it should be something that liberates the soul, provokes the imagination and encourages people to go further. It celebrates humanity instead of manipulating it.â
âNo matter how long you work, itâs always going to end sometime. And thereâs always going to be things left undone. And it wouldnât matter if you lived until you were seventy-five. There would still be new ideas. There would still be things that you wished you would have accomplished. You could work for several lifetimes⌠And there are no regrets. Part of the reason that Iâm not having trouble facing the reality of death is that itâs not a limitation, in a way. It could have happened any time, and it is going to happen sometime. If you live your life according to that, death is irrelevant. Everything Iâm doing right now is exactly what I want to do.â - Keith Haring

I hate when I say things like "oh I want an ipod classic but with bluetooth so I can use wireless headphones" and some peanut comes in and replies with "so a smartphone with spotify?" No. I want a 160GB+ rectangular monstrosity where I can download every version of every song I want to it and it does nothing except play music and I don't need a data connection and don't have to pay a subscription to not have ads and don't have popups suggesting terrible AI playlists all over the menus.
Gimme the clicky wheel and song titles like "My Chemical Romance- The Black Parade- Blood (Bonus Track)- secret track- album rip- high quality"
