This creamy White Bean Dip is a delicious and healthy snack option that pairs perfectly with crunchy veggies or crispy tortilla chips. It's easy to make and packed with flavor, making it a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 ounces cannellini beans, drained and rinsed. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Put garlic that has been minced, olive oil, ground cumin, and cannellini beans in a food processor. Scoop out the sides as needed and process until it's smooth and creamy. Add pepper and salt to taste. You can change the consistency to your liking by adding more lemon juice or olive oil. Place the dip in a bowl for serving. If you want, you can add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish. Serve with a variety of vegetables or tortilla chips to dip.
