This Asian White Bean Dip, with its spicy kick, is a distinctive take on classic hummus. It blends the strong tastes of Asian-inspired ingredients like sesame oil, Sriracha, and soy sauce with the creamy texture of white beans. This flavorful and spicy dip is great for parties or as a snack.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 ounces white beans, drained and rinsed. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons tahini. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce adjust to taste. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes adjust to taste. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish. Toasted sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: For the white beans, drain and rinse them. Put them in a food processor. Put in the food processor ginger that has been grated, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, ground cumin, and red pepper flakes that have been crushed. To taste, add salt and black pepper. If you need to, scrape down the sides of the processor bowl as you work to make the mixture smooth and creamy. You can add more Sriracha sauce or crushed red pepper flakes to the dip to make it taste better or make it hotter if you want. Put the spicy Asian white bean dip in a bowl that will be used for serving. Put chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds on top.
