Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 2 lemons, juiced and zested. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: This is the marinade: lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Put it all in a bowl. Put the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the marinade over them. Put the dish or bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours with the lid on or sealed. Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Cook the chicken on the grill for about seven to eight minutes on each side, or until it's fully cooked and the middle is no longer pink. With fresh parsley, dill, cumin, and garlic, these savory lamb burgers are full of flavor. They'll be a great choice for your next burger night. Tzatziki sauce adds a Mediterranean touch. You can serve them with or without it.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground lamb. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped. 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped. 1 tsp ground cumin. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for garnish. Tzatziki sauce optional, for topping.
Instructions: Put the ground lamb, chopped parsley and dill, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine the parts until they are well mixed. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. The lamb patties should be grilled or fried in a pan for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are lightly browned. Put lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices on the bottom bun of each burger, and then put a lamb patty on top of them. Spread tzatziki sauce on the top bun before putting it on the patty if you want to. Enjoy your tasty lamb burgers while they're still hot.
