What are your city speaker and Titan HCs?
In general, I do think there's an overlap or a shared connection between Titans and their Cityspeakers that goes deeper than being just a child of said Titan.
Cityspeakers tend to encapsulate more of a Titan's personal traits as they manage to survive merges. Caminus' Cityspeakers tend to be much more idealistic, fonder of the planet Cybertron, deeply loyal to their community, and much warmer to Cybertronians as a whole compared to the average Camien. In his heyday, Vigilem's Cityspeakers developed a keen awareness of social dynamics and obligations and, at varying levels, discern truths and lies. Chela's Cityspeakers were ruthless, cruel, distrustful of outsiders/standard alts, and adept warriors or powerful seers.
Titans can have favorites. A more active Titan will incorporate ways and methods to show care via manipulation of their very frame: immediate temperature controls, the ability to get preferred fuels and treats, guiding or caring fauna to their beloved, and reconfiguring personal structures to their favorites' tastes and preferred aesthetics, securing the perimeter around to name a few things. But a beloved Cityspeaker is leagues above as an active and self-aware Titan can merge into them and do a kind of shared consciousness where they bridge together the Titan's immense history and the Cityspeaker's current social networks to recognize 'patterns' to navigate any potential troubles or fortunes (i.e., divination). Beloved Cityspeakers tend to have an extended lifespan compared to others and a presence that captures attention, but because of their deep connection, they won't stray from the Titan's frame and tend to modify their frames, colors, and/or features to be similar to their Titan as they gain a sense of dissonance or dysmorphia. The loss of such a beloved would send a Titan into grief as standard Cybertronians are fireflies compared to their lifespan, but one that was lost by betrayal or upheaval could send a Titan spiraling out as it came from within.
