So my theory is that Lodestar isn't just the most powerful being in the universe, or the lynch pin holding it together, I think that she actually IS the universe, manifested through a person.

If you've ever watched the starstruck odyssey season of dimension 20, they introduce the idea of a holofract, which is simultaneously a piece of something bigger, but is also the entire thing. I think that's what Lodestar is. That's why nothing can ever defeat her, because she contains all the power that's IN the universe, so no other power within it can be greater. She also can't leave the universe, for the same reason you can't leave your own body. And she also struggles with magic, which by definition defies the laws of the universe. And when she decides something is too wrong to stand? She literally changes the rules.

A small piece of evidence for this; at the beginning of chilling reflections when the nova is being described, the narrative mentions universes protected by a golden glow, which is obviously the lodestar universes. But it specifically refers to them as "universes that have fully manifested". I think that means that the universe has manifested itself through an avatar that can wield all of its power.
