Doylist answer is that I used it for a Cybertronian and didn't feel like confusing people like that. Although they're both glups and likely will have equal amounts of people slightly confused if they don't pay attention to multiple fandoms.

Watsonian answer is "I've seen some wild stuff in my time and I'd rather not ponder if that thing was in Odysseus's path. The fact that I can't tell if it's a myth or actual events probably says something about the world we live in."

Just asking more or less due to me technically submitting an idea that had...a lot of transformations that had to have a certain number of other transformations for their names to make sense. But also, out of pure curiosity (well not so purely now but eh)

No, Fulmini are not banned. In fact, there are no other banned species for Omnitrix Negotiator Submissions due to Galvanic philosophies, and even then, those three are only banned for being impractically unusable, emotionlessly destructive, and so incredibly powerful that only a handful of Omnitrix users have access to them.
