Today has not been a stellar day, Starlights. I got about 10 assignments into grading one of the 400 level's assignments and noticed a pattern: a large number of students answered "wrong" in the same way. It turned out that there are more than one edition of this pdf textbook the prof sent to students to, and,,,, the majority of students do not have the one that matches my solution manual.
Guess who get's to grade 40 assignments again, and update their grades. 😔

This was a great plan for the day until I passed out shortly after lunch because I'm still recovering from my second dose of the COVID vaccine. I eventually got up and accomplished more grading, though.
100 Days of Productivity | Day 2
I'm coming to realize that "productivity" isn't "doing as much as you every possibly could in a day", but more like its pushing yourself just enough to get something accomplished in a day. So that's what I'm going to aim for right now!
I need to get caught up on grading for my classes, so today is:
figuring out haw to do that without dying
prioritizing the list so that it can be done efficiently
getting started!

Today was exhausting, and it's not over yet. My best friend just said "It sounds like you've been busy", and tbh it really suprised me. I do so many things in a day, and I live planning where I can eek out a few hours here and there for this or that, so I guess that means I am busy. But it also mean's I'm always busy, and have been for years. Kind of an odd thought I guess. Anyway enjoy the purple lights in my bedroom making everything look funny.

Graded 2 full assignments today for the 300 level class. It's so much faster than grading for the 400 level class, which .. I guess makes sense. It's just not fun to have to do. I have about 3 weeks so if I can keep making progress like this I should be okay.
Now I'm rewarding myself with a little Star Trek:TNG.

Woe betide the days we are on the move, for studying in the back of a car is difficult but doable. We are, however, looking forward to summer when the grading is through and we no longer have to grant it any time. Until then, we carry on.

One day I'm just gonna shamelessly show off all my anime figures. I realize that I'm drawn to characters with goals and passion and the will to chase them; they inspire me, but mostly I think they reassure me. Anyway today was another grading day, I have 2 weeks and still over 100 assignments please send help
