Listen. If we don't have some unrealistic hopes, what's the point? - My brain at 2am last night

Today was exhausting, and it's not over yet. My best friend just said "It sounds like you've been busy", and tbh it really suprised me. I do so many things in a day, and I live planning where I can eek out a few hours here and there for this or that, so I guess that means I am busy. But it also mean's I'm always busy, and have been for years. Kind of an odd thought I guess. Anyway enjoy the purple lights in my bedroom making everything look funny.

Monday's are always hit or miss because of appointments, so today is figuring out where I stand on my studies and simply spending some time with my books.

Woe betide the days we are on the move, for studying in the back of a car is difficult but doable. We are, however, looking forward to summer when the grading is through and we no longer have to grant it any time. Until then, we carry on.

It's been a really long week, but i knuckled down and got my studying done today. It took much linger than I expected, but at least I feel like I'm learning.

I've noticed myself automatically take breaks while working. I honestly think its being in this community, seeing reminders and kind of getting it reinforced. Maybe its finally starting to sink in haha

Weekends have been hard for this, but I still got up early to finish the chapter of Near-Equilibrium Transport I've been working on; and this afternoon I managed to at least start planning for hitting the Power Systems material. Goblin wasn't happy that I spent the day out and then had the gaul to sit at my desk in my room alone (and not pet him).

I held my last office hours for the semester today! Understandably more students than average came in. I got some nice praise and thanks from my students, and tbh thats the world to me. I love these guys so much, I'm unbelievably proud of how well they did! And I'm just the grader!
