How to manage stress as a student
There are times where you find yourself with tons of things 📚 to do and a lot of emotions 🤯 To avoid feeling super overwhelmed to the point of burning out and not being able to do anything anymore...
... here are the 3 P's to never be stressed in life (or as a student 🤓)
1. Planning: Feeling stressed is usually associated with not having enough time. But if we remember how much we had to do in school, we notice how much we are actually able to do in a certain time frame. So feeling stressed has not so much to do with time but with your emotions, with you feeling overwhelmed 🤯 And to not feel overwhelmed, you need structure (aka you need healthy masculine energy).
What exactly do you have to do? (make a list 📝)
Is there a certain due date? 📅
What are you able to do today? (time wise AND mentally) 😎
When are you able to focus the best? (that's the time frame for the biggest/hardest task) 🫡
2. Priorities: If you notice that although your time management is quite good, you still have sooo much to do... you need to rearrange your priorities 🤷🏼♀️
What do you use your time for? (maybe make a list 😊)
Is there anything on the list that you should/want to spend more time/energy on? 📑
How can you spend less time/energy on the other things? 📥
Maybe you can delegate some things or maybe it's just not the right time to pursue certain things right now. I know there's a lot of collective pressure but you cannot do everything at once and it's okay to postpone things!!!!

3. Preparation: Obviously we cannot be prepared for every tiny little thing that could happen. But what I can 💯 recommend is
make sure you know the exact dates of exams etc. and that all your appointments are always in your calendar 📅
make sure there's enough space in between your tasks' time frames in case something needs more time or an unforeseen thing happens 🔔
have certain things with you at all times (tissues, mirror, pads/tampons, water bottle, maybe umbrella?) 👛
The thing is, we often have soo much to do and that is the reason why most women spend way to much time in their masculine energy (or in no energy at all 🙈). That's why we have to make sure there's enough structure in our lives so that we can relax 🩷
