Authentic Philly Cheesesteak Recipe- Bold Flavor
Enjoy the iconic flavors of Philadelphia with these authentic Philly Cheesesteaks! Tender ribeye steak, caramelized onions, and gooey provolone cheese, all nestled in a soft hoagie roll.
Ingredients: 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced. 4 hoagie rolls. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 8 slices provolone cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Heat olive oil in the skillet and add the sliced onions. Cook until soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. Season the thinly sliced ribeye steak with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add the seasoned steak slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. While the steak is cooking, split the hoagie rolls and place 2 slices of provolone cheese on one side of each roll. Once the steak is cooked, divide it into 4 portions and place each portion on top of the cheese slices. Top the steak with the caramelized onions and cover with the other half of the hoagie roll. Press down gently on the sandwiches and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.

Enjoy the perfect combination of savory steak, sweet and tangy pomegranate molasses, caramelized red onions, and gooey cheddar cheese in this grilled cheese sandwich. It's a delicious twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients: 2 slices of steak sirloin or ribeye. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses. 4 slices of your favorite bread. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the steak slices. Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak for three to four minutes on each side for medium-rare. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Then cut it into thin slices. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. It will take about 5 to 7 minutes of cooking after adding the sliced red onions until they are soft and caramelized. On one side of each piece of bread, spread the rest of the butter. Put two pieces of bread in a pan over medium-low heat, buttered side down. In the pan, put one slice of cheddar cheese on top of each piece of bread. On top of the cheese, put the sliced steak and caramelized red onions. Put one tablespoon of pomegranate molasses on top of every sandwich. Add the last slices of bread on top, buttered side up. About three to four minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts. Take it out of the pan, cut it in half, and serve it hot.
