Ingredients: 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye steak. 4 hoagie rolls. 1 cup sliced onions. 1 cup sliced bell peppers green and red. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Instructions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Saut for 5 minutes until they start to soften. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced beef to the other side. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
