Available until the end of April, you can get your hands on this at every Honest Burgers. It’s Mother Clucker’s signature free-range buttermilk fried chicken and homemade pepper sauce, with Honest Burgers’ double American cheese, bacon, lime mayo, lettuce and pickles. This was better than I expected. I liked the sauces, and the batter was crispy, and didn’t come away from the meat. I didn’t notice at the time, but they forgot the bacon. I can also blame myself for this though, it teaches me to pay more attention to what I’m actually eating. The bacon probably would have kicked it up a notch for me too. I think it all works really well with Honests bun. It’s an enjoyable burger, I don’t really have any complaints. It didn’t hit a wow factor with me though. It was good.
