This flavorful charbroiled beef steak is perfectly complemented by the earthy, rich flavor of sauted mushrooms. It's a quick and easy dish that's ideal for a filling weeknight dinner.
Instructions: Preheat the grill or grill pan on high. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Apply the spice mixture to the beef steak. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until done to preference. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a separate pan over medium-high heat. Saut the sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes, or until soft and slightly browned. Serve the charbroiled steak with sauteed mushrooms on the side.
