Baked a homemade sourdough bread – with salami and cheese right inside the dough.

Crispy crust, soft center, and packed with flavor.

Baking just hits different, especially when it smells this good! 😋💙

The label won't break me free. It's the energy.

Its nobody I look to hold

It's hard to wake up these days but I have people around that give me motivation. Hopefully soon I have more things to share but this presence of mine is enough.

I think I have found a routine that fits me best. I truly feel life is in a good direction, and my efforts are being accomplished!

I don't like to work for my success. I like when it comes naturally. feeling proud in my movements is the only way. My physical energy thrives on structure, consistency, and steady progress. I'm into yoga, walking outside and standing ab exercises. I target all parts of my body but so far, my legs are taking the sore 😂 High intensity only tires me out - grumpy slug ready for bed.

From an energetic standpoint when letting the person go - and trust that if they're meant for me then leaving will be the catalyst to them finding love within theirselves. They will either return or someone who is more capable of loving me will show up.

I trust the process with acceptance, shift my focus and pour love into myself will magnetize external love from another.

I'm just afraid of accepting their impact on me, just for them to finalize their wanting for me and forgiving all that pain is humiliating.

This month started off with a bang
