Sirloin tips were in the freezer, and I don’t want them to go bad, so... “Skillet Steak Bites” from @everydaydishes along with buttered noodles and fresh English peas, and seared Brussels sprout and carrot ribbons. Not a light meal, but tonight I have run out of fucks to give. . . The Brussels sprouts are total comfort food. Trust me. Tablespoon or so of butter. Shredded sprouts. Shredded carrot. Salt. Pepper.
