Instructions: Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together. Put the sirloin steak tips in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the marinade over them. Cover the dish or seal the bag, and put it in the fridge for at least an hour. For best results, leave it there overnight. Warm up the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Take the steak tips out of the marinade and shake off any extra. Then, throw away the marinade.
