Step your TRX game up with this Double Racked Kettlebell TRX Lunge. This is a great one to up the challenge of this suspension exercise. Be sure to master suspended without weight first. 🔹KEY POINTS: 1️⃣In the racked position, pull the scapulas down and back engaging and stabilizing the upper back. 2️⃣Fight to keep the front (loaded) knee from collapsing inwards. 3️⃣Tuck the pelvis under, bringing the front of the pelvis and rib cage closer together to engage the abs.
