When I've hinged back as far as I can stabilize, I roll the rest of the way down. First, finding a posterior pelvic tilt and then sequentially articulating the spine. 📝 I don't actually pull my neck. Instead, I focus on keeping the back of my head anchored in my hands. 📝 Using a strap around the ankles offers assistance to those who have core and hamstring weakness.
