One last little gift from the Point Ellice House collection: while looking for something else, I decided to dig through our collection of tour books and museum guides. I am officially obsessed with old museum guides now, they are SO COOl. After looking through so many of the ones in the collection, I started looking online to see if there were museum guides for sale on eBay, and i found so many interesting guides! I may or may not have splurged and purchased a 1923 guide from the Louvre.
How cool would it be to go through one of these institutions with a 100 year old guide to see how much has changed? Or how much has stayed the same?
