This Asian-inspired salmon rice bowl is a delicious and nutritious meal packed with flavors and textures. Tender baked salmon marinated in a savory-sweet sauce pairs perfectly with fluffy jasmine rice and fresh veggies, creating a satisfying and wholesome dish.
Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets. 1 cup jasmine rice. 2 cups water. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 green onions, chopped. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/2 cucumber, sliced. 1 carrot, julienned. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Mix them together to make the marinade. For the salmon fillets, put them in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Get the jasmine rice ready by running it under cold water until the water runs clear. Follow the directions on the package to cook the rice. Put the salmon fillets that have been marinated on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Place in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked. Put together the rice bowls once the salmon and rice are done. Arrange cooked rice in bowls, and then add baked salmon fillets on top of each one. Slice the avocado, cucumber, and carrot and put some in each bowl. Put green onions and sesame seeds that have been chopped on top. Serve right away and enjoy!

Basmati vs Jasmine Rice: Which One Should You Choose?
When it comes to cooking, choosing the right rice can make all the difference. Basmati vs Jasmine Rice are two popular options loved worldwide for their aroma, flavor, and texture. Basmati, mainly grown in India and Pakistan, is a long-grain rice known for its nutty fragrance and fluffy, separate grains when cooked. It is ideal for biryani, pilaf, and Indian curries. Basmati’s low to medium glycemic index also makes it suitable for those monitoring blood sugar levels.
Jasmine rice, a staple in Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine, has a soft, slightly sticky texture and a subtle floral aroma. It works perfectly in Thai curries, fried rice, and dishes eaten with chopsticks. Jasmine cooks faster than Basmati and requires less water, making it convenient for quick meals.
Both rice types offer unique flavors and textures. Basmati is perfect for Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, while Jasmine enhances Southeast Asian recipes. Keeping both in your kitchen ensures you’re ready for any culinary adventure.
Basmati vs Jasmine Rice: Which Rice Reigns Supreme?
When choosing the perfect rice for your meal, Basmati vs Jasmine Rice is a common comparison among food lovers. Both varieties are aromatic and flavorful, yet they differ in texture, taste, and origin.
Basmati rice, mainly cultivated in India and Pakistan, is known for its long grains, nutty aroma, and non-sticky texture. It stays fluffy after cooking, making it ideal for biryani, pulao, and Indian curries. With its low to medium glycemic index, it’s also a healthier choice for those managing blood sugar levels.
Jasmine rice, grown primarily in Thailand, has a sweet floral aroma and a soft, slightly sticky texture. It’s perfect for Thai curries, fried rice, and other Southeast Asian dishes, adding a gentle fragrance to every bite.
Nutritionally, both are similar, but the brown versions of each contain more fiber and nutrients.
The final choice depends on your recipe. Basmati suits Indian dishes, while Jasmine enhances Asian cuisine. For premium-quality rice, contact Amoli International today.

Vietnamese Premium Jasmine Rice: The Fragrant Choice for Global Food Manufacturers and Halal Markets
Vietnamese Premium Jasmine Rice is a standout ingredient for food manufacturers and halal markets because it blends naturally aromatic sensory quality with export-grade reliability. Grown in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, the rice owes its signature floral scent to 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline and delivers a soft, mildly sticky texture favored by chefs and product developers. Beyond taste and aroma, the rice is produced under modern, traceable farming practices and international food-safety systems, including VietGAP, HACCP and ISO, and is widely available with recognized Halal certification for easy market entry in Muslim-majority regions.
For manufacturers, the practical advantages are clear: the rice maintains aroma and texture through freezing, reheating and industrial processing; it cooks predictably with uniform expansion; and it’s offered in export-ready packaging from retail pouches to bulk sacks. These attributes make it suitable for a broad range of applications, ready meals, frozen dishes, instant porridges, noodles, snacks and desserts, and attractive to procurement teams who need consistent quality at scale.
