So, just pick what you WANT!🥳 It’s okay to eat solely for that soul nourishment and enjoyment. Unpopular opinion but nutrition doesn’t ALWAYS have the be the decision maker! I honestly wouldn’t want it to, I’d feel like a robot and it would suck the joy from eating!
