i kinda wanna learn to dance as exposure therapy for my anxiety of being percieved bc i used to think dancing with no purposeful movement and just having fun was useless bc my parents constantly punished me for that bc of ignorant gender roles but i know now as an adult i just had Moral OCD that had clung onto those horrible teachings my parents gave me so i want to maybe make irl dancing videos to help myself feel comfortable in my own body

what is it like to not have anxiety? like. either constantly or at all,, i mean i know creatures experience anxiety in general but ALL THE TIME is just. unfortunately my normal and ive started to wonder what it's going to be like in the future when i get diagnosed and therapy and medication 🥹 and it's like. what's that gonna be like? what is life like without constant fears and worry and all of these stupid stupid thoughts and symptoms,, i can't even imagine a life without it for a second. it's always there
