“Go out and do something. It isn’t your room that’s a prison, it’s yourself.”
Sylvia Plath
stop ignoring yourself. fix your posture, get a new hair cut, do your nails, take care of your skin, brush your teeth, drink water, eat foods that give you energy. get strong, stop looking sloppy. when you feel good, you do good. invest in yourself.
i get very hostile towards people who romanticize having anxiety. NO aubreigh, its not quirky that i cant sleep at night because i think someone’s in my house which causes hallucinations. NO leileigh, its not funny when my family thinks im crazy and probably has schizophrenia. NO kayleigh, its not cool to constantly have panic attacks over simple sounds.
MY DISORDER MAKES MY LIFE HORRIBLE AND WHOEVER ROMANTICIZES IT I HOPE YOU GET BRUTALLY MUTILATED.
how do i uninstall anxiety !?

i kinda wanna learn to dance as exposure therapy for my anxiety of being percieved bc i used to think dancing with no purposeful movement and just having fun was useless bc my parents constantly punished me for that bc of ignorant gender roles but i know now as an adult i just had Moral OCD that had clung onto those horrible teachings my parents gave me so i want to maybe make irl dancing videos to help myself feel comfortable in my own body
