Enjoy potatoes au gratin that are cooked to perfection in your slow cooker. They are creamy, cheesy, and buttery. This dish is easy to make and tastes great. It's great for parties or family dinners.
Ingredients: 6 potatoes, thinly sliced. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. In the bottom of the slow cooker, put half of the sliced potatoes. Cover the potatoes with half of the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Half of the butter and cream mix should be poured over the cheese and potatoes. Add more layers with the rest of the cheeses, potatoes, and cream mixture. On low heat, cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours, or until potatoes are soft. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more shredded cheese.
