Italian Herb Cheese Bread

Crispy on the outside with melted cheese pockets throughout, this bread fills the kitchen with rosemary and thyme from the moment it comes out of the oven. The kind of carb you make when you want something warm and substantial without spending more than an hour in the kitchen.

This microwave bread is low in carbs and made with coconut flour. It's great for a quick keto-friendly snack or sandwich. It's light, tasty, and incredibly simple to make.

Ingredients: 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 tsp baking powder. Pinch of salt. 2 tbsp melted butter. 2 large eggs.

Instructions: In a bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and eggs, stirring until well combined. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish lined with parchment paper. Microwave on high for 90 seconds, or until the bread is firm to the touch. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
