Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. cup coconut flour. cup ground flaxseed. 2 teaspoons baking powder. teaspoon salt. 4 large eggs. cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C, and either grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Put almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, almond milk, and olive oil to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until you get a smooth batter. Put the batter into the loaf pan that has been prepared, and use a spatula to smooth the top. After the oven is hot, bake the bread for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it is golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down before cutting it. Cut the bread into thin slices and toast or make your favorite sandwich.
