With this recipe, you can maintain a paleo diet while still enjoying the wonderful flavor and texture of crusty bread. Made with healthy ingredients such as flaxseed meal, coconut flour, and almond flour, this gluten-free bread is ideal for people on a paleo diet.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup flaxseed meal. 1/4 cup arrowroot powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, arrowroot powder, baking soda, and sea salt together in a big mixing bowl. Whisk eggs, water, apple cider vinegar, and melted coconut oil in a different bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients gradually while stirring to fully combine and form a dough. Using a spatula, smooth the top of the dough after transferring it into a loaf pan lined with parchment. A toothpick inserted into the center of the bread should come out clean after 35 to 40 minutes of baking, or until the bread is golden brown. Let the bread come to room temperature before cutting and serving.

As soon as the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it and use a spatula to smooth the top. A toothpick stuck in the middle of the bread should come out clean after 40 to 45 minutes in the oven. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan. After that, move the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting it.
