Ingredients: 2 glazed donuts. 2 large eggs. 2 slices of bacon. 2 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Slice the glazed donuts in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom for each sandwich. In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them sunny-side up until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. While the eggs are cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each donut. Once the eggs are done, place them on top of the cheese-covered donut halves. Place a slice of bacon on top of the eggs. Top each sandwich with the remaining donut halves to create a sandwich.
