Also in case anyone was wondering, I survived my colonoscopy. Woke up and couldn’t speak German anymore. Only talked to them in English. Immediately asked the nurses if they know Hadestown. They didn’t. I woke up and locked in at the nerd factory.

Roland being called Roland is killing me that’s my sober uncle’s name. Writing this out made me realize how strong the addiction gene is in my family. Why do I have so many alcoholic relatives. My alcoholic aunt just died of lung cancer after being a chainsmoker her whole life. My dad is low-key a high functioning alcoholic. His brother (Roland) is sober. His other brother is a cheater and a liar. My dad is also a chainsmoker. This doesn’t fare well for me. I’d fit right in with the foxes (my mom also used to hit me ❤️)
