YESTERDAY’S EGG FAST MEALS I had a total of 7 eggs. ▫️ Egg bake was 3 eggs and it was delish! I ate it straight from the dish I baked it in.😎 ▫️ I was not supposed to have egg salad but I had some leftover from yesterday and I did not want it to go to waste. KIDDOS’ DINNER Made them some cheese crisp wedges for their tuna. I saw a post where they cut the wedges with a pizza slicer so that I what I did. ▫️ Cheese Crisps: • Preheat oven at 350 degrees. • Place a parchment paper on a baking sheet. • Add shredded cheese. I used cheddar cheese this time. • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Ingredients: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Salt, to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Shred cheddar cheese and mix it with chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl until everything is well mixed. Place small balls of the cheese mixture on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each ball. Make each mound a little flatter with the back of the spoon. After the oven is hot, bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down and get even crispier. After it has cooled, serve and enjoy!
