De hoje: escolhas mais conscientes para comer, e isso inclui equilíbrio também nas quantias (sem proibição, mas com moderação). Da #darkkitchen da cozinha do café saiu este Burguer divino: o pão é de levain do cardápio da casa, o discão de carne foi feito pelo especialista em hambúrguer @Dan (temperado com geleia de pimenta, barbecue, mel, molho inglês e parmesão ralado), na hora de grelhar uma pitada de sal de ervas, um queijo tradicional mineiro que foi presente e finalização com cebola caramelada.
