I am grateful to live in a country where I have so many options about my choice of shelter and where my family and I want to live. My husband and I have been on a journey for several years now to build a home where we can incite his mom to love with us. We have so many choices and options it sometimes becomes overwhelming and that’s not necessarily a bad problem to have. I told him yesterday it isn’t the about there house but it’s about the home. We can all benefit from a little help sometimes & I was glad Vigo was nearby to help me maintain my balance or was he actually knocking me off balance 🤔 I think the latter is more like it! 😹 But seriously, I was never one to ask ANYONE for help, ever! I saw it as a sign of weakness. Not sure where I got that crazy idea from, but as years have gone by I’ve come to realise that we truly can’t navigate this road called life on our own. I’ve also realised that asking for help is NOT a sign of weakness & but that of courage! Regardless of what your circumstance is, coming to terms with the reality that you need help and asking for it is not easy.
