It’s our final day and we are showing transitions in and out of elephant trunk pose. Last night Jen, Bianca and I had fun trying different transitions in and out. From October 6-10 we’ll take a short but sweaty exploration of Eka Pada Bhujasana! Each day we’ll offer a new approach to the pose, focusing on drills to build strength and confidence to help you soar! All levels are encouraged to join in the fun, so if you’re new to elefant trunk, this is a great time to learn some foundational tips.
