Tagine-style instant pot braised beef cheek - speasoned, seared, instant pot for 90 minutes with chicken stock, ras al hanout, and grape tomatoes, then braised in the oven for another 90 minutes at 350 with carrots, dried figs, raisins, onions, garlic, dried apricots, and prunes.
