This tasty pork that has been marinated in gochujang gives you a taste of the bold and spicy flavors of Korean BBQ. It's perfect for people who love to grill and add a little heat to their food.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs pork shoulder, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup gochujang Korean red pepper paste. 3 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp mirin rice wine. 2 tbsp honey. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tbsp ginger, grated. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tsp black pepper. 2 green onions, chopped. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: To make the sauce, put gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Put the pork slices in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again. Cover the pork with the marinade by pouring it over it. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the pork out of the marinade and put it on skewers. For 6 to 8 minutes, turning the skewers every now and then, grill until they are fully cooked and slightly charred. Before serving, sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
