In Skyrim you find a skeleton under a fallen beam in a mine and the notebook on them says "these beams look like they will fall down".

need to start carrying a little notebook with me so everytime i’m in the mines and i see some loose rocks or a broken beam the person who finds my skeleton in a humorous position like 100 years later will understood why i died. totally not from the rocks crushing my old crusty bones but by the decaying notebook still clutched in my grasp.
