Working on some hand dyed cheviot wool braids, from Waratah Fibres. The purple braid is finished now, going to finish the yellow and then ply them both as 2ply from centre pull balls.
Love the colour combo, but not sure what they're destined for yet

I finished the shadow weave I had on the loom, and made it into a bread bag.
Finishing it was tough, because the beater on my loom started cracking as I got to the end. Guess that's the next project
Shadow weave is a technique where you use 2 colors in the warp and weft do get really neat effects.

SICKOS YES!!! I love how a fired glaze gets SO beautiful when the colors deepen, how it looks like it's strutting jauntily and wagging its tail, and how the eyes make it look so curious ... 10/10 would put out a bowl of cubed ham to lure it into my garden
