These seafood-stuffed mushrooms are full of flavor and look great as an appetizer or side dish. When you mix crab meat, Parmesan cheese, and fragrant herbs, you get a delicious flavor that will impress your guests.
Ingredients: 12 large mushrooms. 1/2 cup cooked crab meat. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons minced green onions. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Take the mushrooms' stems off and chop them up very small. Chop the mushroom stems and put them in a bowl. Add the crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill up each mushroom cap with the seafood mix. On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the stuffed mushrooms. For 15 to 20 minutes, or until the filling is golden brown and the mushrooms are soft, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Enjoy while hot!
