I went down to @canopy_market on the last weekend before Christmas and found myself being drawn to the @outsidertart stool. Not only do their brownies look amazing, but they are quite big, and also cheaper than you’d expect. They are so good, so soft, gooey, and come in lots of different flavours. I got the Black Forest brownie, doughbar brownie, and the billionaire shortbread brownie. £3 for a large slab of brownie is amazing, I wish I had got more at the time. But then I found out they have a cafe in Chiswick, down the road from me. I’m definitely going to be a regular customer, even so that I’ve already been there yesterday. RECIPE OF THE BEST FUDGE BROWNIES EVER!!!
INGREDIENTS
WET INGREDIENTS
3/4 CUP OF MELTED BUTTER
1 AND 1/4 CUP OF WHITE SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP OF VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 CUP OF MELTED CHOCOLATE
DRY INGREDIENTS
3/4 CUP OF FLOUR
1/4 CUP OF COCOA PWD
1/4 TSP OF SALT
METHOD
START BY PREHEATING YOUR OVEN AT 180 DEGREES CELSIUS AND MELTING YOUR CHOCOLATE
MIX YOUR MELTED BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER WITH A WHISK. MAKE SURE U DON’T USE A HAND MIXER AS THAT WILL ADD AIR TO THE MIX AN YOU WILL END WITH CAKE STYLE BROWNIES AND NOT FUDGE BROWNIES.
THEN ADD YOUR 2 EGGS AND VANILLA TO THE MIX AND WHISK IT TOGETHER.
ADD MELTED CHOCOLATE TO THIS MIX THEN
NOW SIFT YOUR DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER SO THAT THERE ARE NO LUMPS OF FLOUR OR COCOA PWD IN THE MIX AND USE A SPATULA TO MIX IT ALL TOGETHER
IF YOU WANT U CAN MORE CHOCOLATE BITES TO IT AS WELL BUT FOR A FUDGE BROWNIE THIS STEP IS NOT ESSENTIAL....BUT IF YOU’RE A CHOCOLATE LOVER FEEL FREE TO ADD SOME BITS OF CHOCOLATE IN THE MIX (OPTIONAL)
NOW USE AN 8 INCH PAN GREASED AND LINED WITH BAKING PAPER AND ADD YOUR BROWNIE MIX TO IT AND PUT IT IN THE OVEN TO BAKE FOR 25 - 30 MIN.
U WILL THEN HAVE AMAZING FUDGE BROWNIES THAT WILL MELT IN YOUR MOUTH!!!
PS:- IN CASE U ADD CHOCOLATE BITS IN THE MIX MAKE SURE ITS REAL CHOCOLATE LIKE DAIRY MILK OR HERSHEY’S SO THAT THEY MELT IN THE MIX AND YOU HAVE MELTED CHOCOLATE BITS IN BETWEEN!!! (OPTIONAL)

I’ve always wanted to bake, but my problem is never being at home to do it. Guess what I’ve got bucket loads of right now? Time at home. 🏡 I can’t take the bigger amount of credit for this though, most of it was done by @loraproudy, but I was there to lick the bowl after. These are @reesesuk fudge pieces. They were v easy to make, it’s just some milk chocolate, condensed milk, and Reeses Pieces. But they are SO good. These raw vegan fudge brownies are a guilt-free indulgence, rich in flavor and nutrients. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and made with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients: 1 cup raw walnuts. 1 cup pitted dates. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. Pinch of sea salt. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Place walnuts in a food processor and process until finely ground. Add dates, cacao powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Process until the mixture sticks together. If using chocolate chips, pulse them into the mixture until evenly distributed. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish or pan, spreading it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set. Once set, slice into brownie squares and serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup melted butter or dairy-free alternative. 2 large eggs or egg substitute for vegan option. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Grease an 8 by 8-inch 20 by 20 cm baking pan; allow excess paper to hang over the sides for effortless removal. Mix the granulated sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, gluten-free flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat the eggs or egg substitute and add the vanilla extract, melted butter or dairy-free alternative, and other ingredients in a separate bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Stirring constantly, gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry mixture until a smooth batter forms. Stir in the chocolate chips without gluten. Evenly distribute the batter after pouring it into the baking pan. For about 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, bake in the preheated oven. After taking the brownies out of the oven, let them cool for ten minutes or so in the pan. Lift the brownies out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper, then move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy after they've cooled!
