Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup Indian paneer yellow curry sauce. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup bell peppers red and green, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup cooked and cubed paneer Indian cottage cheese. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder. 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder. Salt to taste. Cooking oil for sauting.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a generous layer of Indian paneer yellow curry sauce evenly over the pizza dough as the base. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. In a pan, heat a little cooking oil over medium heat. Add thinly sliced red onion and bell peppers to the pan. Saut them until they become tender and slightly caramelized. Season the sauted vegetables with cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Spread the spiced sauted vegetables, cooked and cubed paneer, and halved cherry tomatoes over the pizza. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro leaves on top. Slice the Indian Paneer Yellow Curry Pizza and serve hot.
