ok but ive fed many baby cedar waxwings and literally they won’t stop begging you for food unless you cram them as full of berry as they can physically contain. this is a bad idea and not something you should do.
the baby waxwing does not know or care about this. it will jump in your line of sight to hold its beak open and flap its wings at you. it will steal food from your beak (tweezers). i have seen them go up to other birds i have just fed and snatch berries out of their throats as they swallow. the baby wants this. the baby will not be satisfied. this is the most rational cedar waxing parent
