Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut oil. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup cacao nibs. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Melt the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds or until it becomes liquid. Stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in the cacao nibs to the mixture. Pour the mixture into silicone candy molds or mini muffin cups. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the candies are firm. Remove from the molds or muffin cups and enjoy your homemade chocolate candies!
