Indulge in the irresistible combination of peanut butter and chocolate with these vegan blondies. They're moist, chewy, and packed with peanut butter cups and chocolate chips for a decadent treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/2 cup vegan peanut butter cups, chopped.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put peanut butter, brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth. Mix in the salt, baking powder, and flour, making sure everything is well mixed. Add the peanut butter cups and chocolate chips and mix them in well. Spread the mix out evenly in an 8x8-inch baking dish that has been greased. Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars.
