Instructions: In a big pot, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking after adding the diced chicken breasts until they are browned. To make the onion and garlic soft, add them to the pot and saut for about three minutes. Put in the chicken broth and raise the heat. Add heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and mix well. For 10 minutes, let it cook. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking after adding the chopped kale. Add pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy while hot!
