Once again, my itch.io obssession continues. This game is a short well-written visual novel about an office worker, their lunch, and a fake-french lunch-theif. Will our protag figure out who this lunch theif is or will they give up on life?
This game made me laugh and smile and I enjoyed every moment. Definitely recommend it, I mean, it is short and the endings are quite easy to achieve! Don't miss out on this comedic little game and the yummy food it (visually :( ) provides for us. Thanks Studio Clump!

Stillwater is a horror mystery novel where a private investigator named Hugo and his partners, Noah and Colby (<3) are called on the job to help a young girl and her grandfather. Whether it's a family curse or some guilt lingering from long ago, Hugo will get to the bottom of this.
And oh my gosh, it's so good!!!! I absolutely love the artstyle and just the overall story of the game. I only got one ending (the good ending which I was aiming for) and man, it just leaves me with so many questions. I love pieces of media which leaves me curious so this game was right up my alley. There are a few minor jumpscares (visually) in the game but I didn't mind (๏ฟฃโฝ๏ฟฃ)ใ
Like I said, I have SO many questions and hopefully they will be answered in the sequel the creator(s) are planning. I can't wait for it to finally be announced as a sure project, but until then, I'm going to bury myself in my mind for the next couple of days. Thanks Studio Clump....

Full Review + Spoilers undercut
Some of these questions that are constantly in my mind about this game are:
Does Hugo feel guilty for something in his past too? The grandfather, Henry, had green eyes when he was drowning in guilt because of what happened to Louis, for not being there for him. Is that the same for Hugo? It seems that Hugo has moved on if this was the case because he wasn't put off when Henry pointed it out.
However, I'm still very curious about this.
Are Noah and Hugo gay for eachother? Was the lake monster the reason for the many deaths going on in the Mortimer family? It seems like the monster was the root(?) or the thing that brought back Henry's guilt from the past. Does the monster dig up people's most conflicting feelings back to the surface to control them or was this just a one-time case?
So yeah, just two questions stay on my mind at this moment. I guess I was exaggerating a bit earlier on in this review (แตโแดโ). Still love this game and glad the grandfather and Nina were able to have a happy relationship now (หถห แต หหถ) .แ.แ
