it really is amazing to me that even the so called feminists and anti racists and such on this site go absolutely ballistic when you tell them that living in the imperial core means you benefit from imperialism, and that you are privileged in that factor

like yes actually black americans and native americans and american women and american trans women do in fact benefit from imperialism no it’s not racist or anti feminist or anti trans to point out such things

i think straight and bi trans women should be able to talk about their boyfriends or attraction to men without their "friends" going "ew i don't care, you should just be a lesbian". and i see this kinda thing primarily coming from other trans women which must make it feel so much worse. like i really don't think someone loving someone who's a gender you're not personally attracted to is any good reason to make them feel further isolated from their community. you're not being progressive by telling fellow trans women they're not gay enough

I think about The Man of the Hole so often. 27 years alone. 27 years with no one to speak to but strangers to wave to.
